What Is Vibroacoustic Waterbed Therapy?
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) blends low-frequency sound (typically 30–120 Hz) with curated music and
therapeutic vibration delivered through a floating waterbed.
Transducers beneath the bed transmit vibration through water — an exceptionally efficient medium for resonance.
